Every front driveway gate has to read as white 3-rail fencing under the community association's standards. The Hidden Hills Community Association controls gate access and guards, perimeter cameras, architectural review and the white 3-rail fencing; the City issues building and grading permits, with Building and Safety run under contract by Transtech. The association's standards say front driveway gates must have the appearance of white 3-rail fencing, so a replacement gate is drawn to that before it goes to the committee.
