Gates, fences, access control, surveillance and network — all five layers, installed and serviced in Sherman Oaks.
Sherman Oaks covers the flats of Chandler Estates and Magnolia Woods and a portion of the Santa Monica Mountains climbing toward Mulholland Drive, including the guard-gated Mulholland Estates. On the flats we repair driveway gates and apartment garage gates; in the hills, gates on steep private drives and the cameras that watch them. Our Valencia shop is a straight run down the 5 and the 405.
Sherman Oaks is part of the City of Los Angeles: LADBS permits gate and fence work, LAFD serves it from stations including 88 on Sepulveda Boulevard, and LAFD lists portions of it in its Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone. One address quirk matters here. Mulholland Estates homes carry Beverly Hills 90210 addresses, but much of the guard-gated community lies in Sherman Oaks, where the City of Los Angeles sets the rules.
Sherman Oaks gate work runs from apartment garage gates near Ventura Boulevard to driveway gates on the steep streets climbing toward Mulholland, plus the community gates of Mulholland Estates. Garage gates fail from cycle count; hillside gates from the slope. We diagnose which before quoting a part.
Sherman Oaks camera systems split the same way the neighborhood does: garage, lobby and mail-room coverage in the apartment buildings on the flats, and drive and rear-line coverage for hillside homes below Mulholland, aimed and focused at night and recorded on site.
