LiftMaster is a Chamberlain Group brand, based in Oak Brook, Illinois, alongside myQ and Chamberlain. Its gate operator range runs from residential linear-arm and swing operators to high-traffic commercial DC swing and slide operators and industrial slide operators. LiftMaster has updated its model names as the UL 325 safety standard changed, so a commercial swing gate might carry a CSW24V, a CSW24U or today's CSW24UL. It is one of the most common operators we're called to on Southern California driveways and commercial entrances.
Don't see yours? Text a photo of the operator label and we'll tell you whether we can support it.
We find the fault first and put it in writing with the price. Nothing gets replaced on a guess.
Servicing equipment other companies installed is most of our repair work. We document what is there and take it from where it is.

Residential and commercial swing, slide and linear-arm operators, including the CSW24UL, CSL24UL, LA412UL, RSW12UL and SL3000UL, and the older U and V versions still on many gates. If your model is not listed, text a photo of the label and we will tell you whether we can support it.
Usually, yes. LiftMaster has replaced several models over the years, such as the CSW24V and CSW24U before today's CSW24UL. We confirm parts for your exact unit before scheduling, and quote a retrofit to a current operator when a part is no longer available.
Repair it when the motor and mounting are sound and parts are available. Replace it when the same unit keeps failing, the parts are gone, or the gate is heavier or busier than the operator was sized for.
On commercial DC operators such as the CSW24UL and CSL24UL, the board shows numbered diagnostic codes, for example 61 when the close photo eye has been blocked for more than 3 minutes. Each code points to a circuit, so we read it before replacing anything.
It depends on the fault, the operator model and how easily we can reach it. We diagnose on site and give you the price in writing before any work. The estimate is free.
